“Showed up at 8:30am, waited till after 9 am for our bus to arrive. Bus broke down on the highway to the Everglades, bus was able to get us there. But a new bus came late after 12:45pm when we needed to be ready for pick up at 12:30, no one told us. Then, when arrived back to check in for our other tours to come back at 2:30pm after lunch for the city tour. We arrived on time, the bus came after 3pm, didn’t leave till 3:30pm. Then! Took us to Havana to spend time only to three stores to spend time there. Got to the boat tour, not…”
