The reason why not perfect score was that he should have emphasized how critical for everyone to be back on time or earlier after the Grand Canyon trail. We were late though it was not Jim and driver's fault. The late arrivers should be charged extra for keeping all of us waiting. Jim had to look for them. Also Jim and future guide should remind people for not talking so loud. I had a major headache with two families behind us. They were rude and inconsiderate.…”

My husband and I (in our 70s) felt like we had a wonderful experience on the only day we had to visit Arches National Park.”

“It was a lot of time on the bus, but our tour guide Brandon and driver Cheng were wonderful. Brandon and Cheng made it interesting. We got lots of information about the Canyon and Hoover Dam and the surrounding areas. We made a couple stops on the way which are always helpful. Cheng was a good driver and very pleasant. We have one concern. We originally booked a two day trip to the Grand Canyon which was cancelled by the vendor and did this one as a replacement.
