“We got on one bus, did 2 stops then at stop 1 we had to get off and get on another bus and wait for 30 min to start back up. Never had to experience this before.. Maybe because it was winter, fewer buses running, etc but who wants to sit on a waiting bus for 30 min. Also the driver/ tour guide did not have much of a personality to keep your attention”

“My guide was amazing. I learned so much about Oahu. I was so glad I booked the Red Line Trolley. I do think Viator could be more clear that I had to walk all the way down to pick up my ticket. I did I pickup issues with all of my tours.”

“I do hop on- hop off tours in almost all new cities I visit. This one was good but I was surprised that once you got back to the first stop the trip was over. Usually I do the whole trip and the go back to the spots I’ve decided to stop. The guide was great and had lots of historic information to share.”

“I was really disappointed with this ghost tour. The “acting” felt more silly than spooky, and it completely took away from the experience. Instead of creating any real atmosphere or suspense, the performances came across as forced and not believable. The warehouse portion of the tour was especially frustrating — it felt pointless, dragged on, and honestly was a waste of time. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming, which only made the whole thing less enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this tour and definitely wouldn’t do it again.”

“It was cold, quirky, wet, and 8:30 p.m. after a long couple of days. I loved every bit of it, from being called a bastard for trying to sneak into an earlier group to pushing through the rain and experiencing a Tony worthy performance by Mateo in a rainy cemetery.”
