“First thing, make sure you know you’re booking doors off. I have pregnancy brain and didn’t realize what I was booking (my mistake) and my husband is terrified of heights and ended up backing out of the experience while boarding. I tried to cancel but called at 1:54 pm the day before my 1:45pm flight and they had no flexibility. As he backed out the woman said “I can’t refund you” as helicopter was taking off. This was my third time doing a helicopter tour but first without doors. While the views were absolutely breathtaking and the pictures were amazing too, I do much prefer doors on, feel I had…”

“Very well organized with excellent service. The staff did exceptionally well keeping things moving and considering the number of customers, no small feat. The entertainment was lovely and in more story form than I've seen in the past so nice change. Food was good but typical of a luau. Huge selection so you can't go hungry! There other opportunities to check out more about the plantation itself and it's past history which to me, is a must. All in all, great experience!”

“We booked this tour for adventure and to see the amazing Napali coast. Adventure wise it was amazing! 10/10. However, I felt that we did not spend enough time at the final and most important point of Napali. This was extremely disappointing, the captain gave us a quick” pee break” and then she headed back! Very sad about this! I did not get enough time to take good pictures it felt very rushed. Also, please provide everyone with gloves at the beginning of the tour, not towards the middle/end when everyone has wounds on their hands already!”
