I have pregnancy brain and didn’t realize what I was booking (my mistake) and my husband is terrified of heights and ended up backing out of the experience while boarding. I tried to cancel but called at 1:54 pm the day before my 1:45pm flight and they had no flexibility. As he backed out the woman said “I can’t refund you” as helicopter was taking off. “We booked this tour for adventure and to see the amazing Napali coast. Adventure wise it was amazing! 10/10. However, I felt that we did not spend enough time at the final and most important point of Napali. This was extremely disappointing, the captain gave us a quick” pee break” and then she headed back! Very sad about this! I did not get enough time to take good pictures it felt very rushed. Also, please provide everyone with gloves at the beginning of the tour, not towards the middle/end when everyone has wounds on their hands already!”

The seats were situated to face the bow of the boat in a bench bar height seat that was pretty well cushioned and comfortable. Had a little storage under the seat for our bag.
