“The cruise was nice but the food was terrible. I would recommend only doing the cruise and skip the buffet.”

“Well…it was a crap ride. We were in seats 5 & 6 which was right behind the pilot. It is NOT a luxury helicopter- think MASH copter with 7 people stuffed inside. From these seats we saw glimpses of the strip a lot of residential areas and no true scenery to take pictures. If it was optional we would have requested a refund. Lesson learned. That said, the employees of the company were nice.”

“Prepare to wait for at least an hour at port to board, as they like you to get there in time to sign the waiver. Food was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. We boarded with a large non English speaking tour group, that dominated all the spaces. Music was geared towards them in their native language, trying to dance was difficult as they crowded the dance floor. I would hesitate to book this tour.”

“Very well organized with excellent service. The staff did exceptionally well keeping things moving and considering the number of customers, no small feat. The entertainment was lovely and in more story form than I've seen in the past so nice change. Food was good but typical of a luau. Huge selection so you can't go hungry! There other opportunities to check out more about the plantation itself and it's past history which to me, is a must. All in all, great experience!”
