“Horseback riding was enjoyable, but in general the trip was a disappointment as the ranch guides gave virtually no information beyond answering a couple of questions and the rudimentary pre ride riding instructions. Desert scenery interesting, but got no information along the way. Breakfast was pretty good. The van driver was nice and more interactive. A lot of money to pay for a very basic riding trip and a chance to hold a young goat”

“This was a fantastic experience! Tje views are spectacular and the whales and dolphins were amazing. I would definitely book this trip again. However, if they warn you of high surf, beware. My husband and many other passengers were seasick even with dramamin. They crew was amazing taking care of the sick and still making it fun for the healthy. Shout out to Captain Evan, Dawn and the crew!”

“A top notch experience all the way around! The Fair Winds II boat(big) was awesome…lots of seating on upper and lower(has booth style tables/seats) decks. Food/drink was great and crew were attentive and helpful, especially when it came to the main event: 2.5 hrs of snorkeling near the Captain Cook Monument. Fair Winds is the only boat that gets to moor in the Kealakekua Bay near the shoreline! This makes for a great snorkel experience. The coral variety here is spectacular, probably the best in the Hawaiian islands. The boat has wide staircases descending into the water for an easy entry/exit with fresh water rinse and 2 bathrooms for changing.…”

“I am giving 4 stars because my issue is with the fact that you can't bike continuously but have to bussed through the middle section of what would otherwise be a terrific ride. It's not the bike company's fault but the fact the town voted to not allow them to operate there. If this changes it would be worth it. Until then, it's not worth the money and time. You'd be better off paying the park reservation fee and seeing the amazing sunrise on your own.”

“The Rainbow Ryders hot air balloon ride was a wonderful experience. My friends and I truly enjoyed ourselves. We got to see the world in a different lens and it was amazing. Unfortunately, due to weather concerns, we missed the sunrise by a little bit, but I can appreciate that the safety of each passenger was their first priority. Our pilot Jesse N. was reassuring, kind, and thorough especially during take-off and landing. At the very end, we enjoyed a champagne toast! I would definitely recommend their company, and we will be booking again!”

“The crew was outstanding and kept safety in mind. We went out on a choppy day and the crew prepped us for the conditions. The only thing that rubbed us the wrong way was one crew member had to remind us that they are part of a service industry and tips are welcome. This was mentioned several times. We knew we should tip, which we did, because they were awesome. But…felt lectured.”
