“There are very clever solutions in the exhibition space while we make our way to the lookout tower. The photo opportunity is very funny and will remain a lasting memory. It was a bit crowded on the terrace, but we had a wonderful view. We were greeted by the observatory officers in special attire, and they were helpful with everything.”

“just an excellent ticket. We went up 20 minutes prior to sunset and stayed for 20 minutes after sun went down. was lovely. We went out on the open air balcony, but was very windy and cold, so stayed inside.”

“It was terrible, we stood in line for the tilt for 45 minutes only to find out that we didn’t have the proper ticket. Then, upon trying to buy the proper ticket we were told that it was sold out until 8:45 so we lost our spot in line. That’s not good communication. Someone communicating while we were in line to make sure people had the right ticket or some signage would have avoided a bad situation especially for my three children.”

“The view is really awesome, but the observation deck should really have more amenities, like a cafe.... It's expensive for what you get, although the complimentary photos were nice. I enjoyed but I thought it was weird and overpriced.”
